What’s your return policy?

Our cannoli and custom made desserts are made to order. Please contact us with any problems ASAP to discuss. Return any of our boxed/packaged Do You Bake?, Crave It! and Java Momma products--sealed and unopened- within 30 days of purchase. We even pay return shipping.

What do you charge for shipping?

While we prefer to deliver any made to order desserts to our local customers for a flat rate $5 delivery fee within the Massapequa and surrounding towns areas, we will deliver within 40 miles for a $10 delivery fee. Please be sure to contact us with your delivery information to confirm PRIOR to placing order.

If you are outside of our 40 mile radius, we will need to ship overnight as our cannoli need to remain cold. We are happy to price through local carriers the exact overnight fee, so please feel free to contact us PRIOR to placing your order.

Any Do You Bake?, Crave It! or Java Momma order has its own preset delivery fee.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

We only ship our custom products in the continental US.

Do you have customer service?

We are a family owned business. That being said, we strive to be there for our customers whenever we possibly can! Email is best and we usually answer within a few hours.
